#0 - Brussels Sprouts

Brussels Sprouts Brussels sprouts. Steamed, skewered and grilled.


  • Trim brussels sprout stems and remove any dirty/old outer leaves
  • Steam for 10 minutes
  • Skewer
  • Grill for 2 minutes
  • Dip in tare
  • Grill for another 10 minutes or until slightly charred, turning occassionally
  • Serve with ichimi togarashi and a lemon slice
