#1 - Satay

Satay Pork loin satay. Marinated, skewered and grilled

Ingredients: * Boneless pork loin * Coconut milk * Turmeric, coriander curry mix * Salt * Chili flakes * Mustard powder * Honey * Apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  • Slice pork loin into skewer sized pieces
  • Mix all ingredients except pork together for brine
  • Put brine and pork in sturdy freezer bag, leave overnight in refrigerator
  • Skewer
  • Grill (about 4-5 minutes per side with my electric grill)
  • Serve with sasami togarashi and a lemon slice
